Mile Hi Voucher Program
Our Voucher Program is two fold and is a very convenient option for
employers, employees and building managers.
1. EMPLOYERS:
Sometimes employees are absent or working in the field on the day
the clinic is held at their location. These employees can use
vouchers at any of our public clinic locations and we will bill their
employer.
Or, when a business or organization doesn’t have enough people to
meet the minimum requirement of 10, we can furnish vouchers for
their employees to use at any of our public clinic locations. We will
bill their employers at the end of flu season.
2. PROPERTY MANAGERS:
This is a very convenient option for tenants who want to pay for their
employee’s flu shots at the building clinic.
We send, via e-mail, a voucher consent form specifically customized
with the tenant’s info. They print as many as they want for their
employees to use at the building clinic.
We then bill the employer after the clinic for only the vouchers used
by their employees at the building clinic or any of our public clinic
locations.

employer.
